Player of the Game vs. Liberty (State Quarterfinals)

Congratulations to #5 Kalena Teufel for being selected the Arcadia Girls Soccer Player of the Game. Junior striker Kalena Teufel scored in 26th and 64th minutes to lead Arcadia into the 5-A state semifinals.Both goals were assisted by senior co-captain Kate Murphy.Kalena scored her team-leading 26th and 27th goals of the season, the first on a rocket shot from 10 yards after beating two defenders, and the second on a slotted ball to the far post to beat the onrushing keeper.Kalena has committed to play soccer at the University of San Francisco starting fall 2018.
